3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. ou888 enforces a policy that withdrawals may only be made to a registered payment method.

3.3 Financial Verification

In accordance with its financial protection policy, ou888 may place a withdrawal on hold while it is under review. During this time, identity verification may be requested.

4.1 Bonus Wagering Requirement

The welcome bonus must be wagered 10 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. All games played with bonus funds count toward this requirement. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be deducted first.

4.2 Promotion Restrictions

• Each bonus is available once per player.
• Winnings from side bets will not count toward bonus wagering calculations.

• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback per week

• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP level progression depends on consistent play and active use of the platform. Cashback bonuses are a type of bonus fund and may carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal. ou888 reserves the right to amend the VIP level policy.
